    Volwassenen

    • Standaarddosis: 1,5 - 12 mg, 3 x /dag
    • Gemiddelde dosis: 3 mg 's morgens, 3 mg 's middags en 6 mg 's avonds

    Kinderen > 6 j

    • Startdosis: 0,05 mg - 0,1 mg/kg/dag
    • Max. 0,2 - 0,3 mg/kg/dag

  • Contra-indicaties

    Gekende overgevoeligheid voor bromazepam of voor een ander benzodiazepine, of voor één van de bestanddelen van Lexotan.
    Ernstige respiratoire insufficiëntie en chronische hypercapnie.
    Ernstige leverinsufficiëntie (risico op encefalopathie).
    Myasthenia gravis.
    Slaapapnoesyndroom.
