• Gebruiksaanwijzing arrow_drop_down

  Volwassenen

  • SC of diep IM: 0,25 tot 0,75 mg, 30 tot 60 minuten voorafgaand aan de anesthesie
  • Infusie verdund in een isotonische oplossing (bv. NaCl 0,9 % 50 ml): 1,2 tot 3,5 mg per 24 uur
  • Dosisaanpassingen zijn aangewezen bij nierinsufficiëntie, leverinsufficiëntie en bij bejaarden of kwetsbare patiënten

  Kinderen < 12 j

  • SC, diepe IM of IV: maximum 6 microgram per kg, 30 tot 60 minuten voorafgaand aan de anesthesie
